Pontoon GS is looking for a Senior Technical Intel Recruiter for one of our top clients in the government space/ Intelligence community. This position is fully virtual, long-term contract, with opportunity to go perm down the road, supporting a large government contractor – a great client!
Must have experience working with the VA customer and highly cleared candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit and source for technical candidates in the Intel/DOD community
- Full life cycle recruiter to recruit for technical cleared candidates.
- Interviews, screens and evaluates external and internal candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements of posted requisitions and refers them to the recruiting team or hiring manager for consideration.
- Utilize outside of the box strategies to identify qualified candidates for hard to fill openings.
- Ensure applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are dispositioned according to OFCCP guidelines.
- Create and place employment advertisement on websites, social media, etc.
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizenship Required- 7+ years of recruiting technical candidates in the government space, recruiting for Intel/ DOD community. Need experience recruiting for highly cleared candidates.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for passive candidates for hard to fill positions.
- Excellent customer service skills are a must have for this job.
- Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet Search, Chrome Extensions, Social Media, LinkedIn etc.) Experience organizing, managing, and tracking candidate flow. Relentless “hunter” mentality
- Excellent relationship builder, networking, and communication skills.
- Skilled at partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to create effective sourcing plans and assessment metrics with the ability to manage customer expectations.
- Thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up their sleeves, work hard, and have fun to get the job done attitude.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Pay is dependent upon experience: $60-$65 per hour, must have experience recruiting technical candidates with US Government security clearances
