TAD PGS, Inc Hiring for Talent Acquisition Sourcer Job at Rockville, MD Full Time

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our client, a bioscience and information technology company, located in North Bethesda, MD. This is a contract to hire position and will require onsite work 2 days per week.

Responsibilities
  • Identify highly qualified candidates to fill scientific positions in both office and lab settings
  • Work with Program Managers to devise a recruiting plan and create a detailed position description
  • Creatively source active and passive, high-quality talent; develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions, including direct sourcing and internet recruitment, leveraging industry networks; continue to build a talent pipeline
  • Document and report in applicant tracking system
  • Become a credible and trusted talent advisor to hiring managers
  • Pre-screen candidates thoroughly prior to submission
  • Assist in responding to proposals by identifying suitable profiles and build pipeline of vetted resources in ATS

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least two years of technical or scientific recruiting experience or government contracting recruiting experience
  • Team player who is driven to exceed goals
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to fully recruit once a job description is received with minimal supervision and direction
