We have an outstanding position for aTalent Acquisition Specialist.This is for a government contractor located in Annandale, VA.

This is a contract position 3-6 months and there could be a possiblity of perm down the road, no guarantee.

Prefer someone local to Virginia / DC area. Ideally like someone in the office 2 days a week in Annandale, VA.

Looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for experienced recruitment for multiple lines of business, primarily focused on government contracting openings that could include Logistics, Construction, Administrative and some IT roles more.

You’ll be key in ensuring that the company attracts and hires the best talent.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Source, screen, track, and recommend qualified candidates for all levels
• Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research
• Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
• Understand business needs and work with Recruiters to determine position requirements
• Execute sourcing strategies that produce a diverse slate of candidates
• Develop extensive pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs
• Search social networking databases for active and passive candidates
• Communicate with candidates / new hires (phone and email) throughout the entire hiring and orientation process
• Responsible for posting company job opportunities online
• Respond to candidate inquiries

Education and / or Experience :

• 3 – 5 years of recruiting experience required
• 1+ years of experience sourcing / recruiting hard-to-fill technical roles
• 1+ years of experience sourcing / recruiting on cleared openings (Secret, Top Secret, TS / SCI) required
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
• Agency experience preferred
• Experience in recruiting for Construction PM, Logistics, Analysts, Warehouse Specialist, Administrative and some IT roles.

Pay rate 40-45 an hour.
