Tactis is adding to its experience delivery team. A qualified Jr Recruiter has:

• Experience. 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter and familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
• Knowledge. hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)

• Remote. this position works 100% from a dedicated home office.
• Regular. this is a direct Tactis hire.

As a junior recruiter, you will be responsible for posting job applications online, examining résumés, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews. You will work directly under the hiring manager or executive recruiter and assist with all recruiting-related duties.
