Tactic Lab® Hiring for Digital Analytics Specialist ( day per week) at Australia Full Time

Job Summary

Digital Analytics Specialist to assist with implementation of client and internal projects. Flexible & work from home role at a small, innovative agency.

Tactic Lab is a digital analytics and marketing agency. We’re a small team of remote/work from home specialists who have generally come from bigger agencies in search of project variety and innovation, without the typical drawbacks of the big agency environment.

We are Google, Bing, Meta and LinkedIn advertising partners, and apart from running advertising campaigns, we specialise in helping clients get visibility and improve the performance of their marketing channels through tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio.

About the role:

• Assist with analytics and optimisation projects
• Maintain the performance and quality of agency outputs across Tactic Lab’s service offering
• An opportunity to broaden your expertise to other key areas that influence digital performance, website development & optimisation.
• Fully flexible role; you work the hours that suit you. We’re looking for the equivalent of 1 day /week but this has scope to grow in the future.
• Hourly rate of $50/hour during probation period (3 months) followed by $55/hour with annual leave loading (all equivalent to approx $107k/year full time pro-rated), super in addition to that.

Desired skills (most important first):

• Advanced tracking implementation with Google Tag Manager, including custom Javascript.
• Setup and ing in GA4
• Advanced ing in Looker Studio and BigQuery
• Other analytics or ing tools a strong plus
• Familiarity with APIs and Google Apps script a plus
