Tacklebox Solutions Inc. is Looking for Digital Advisor Full Time

We are looking for a full time Digital Advisor to join our growing team at Tacklebox Solutions. This is a remote, work from home position.

Tacklebox is a Vancouver BC based consultancy that curates and delivers technology and process solutions to our small business clients. We leverage innovation, technology and process to make running a business easier and more efficient. We provide service through our internal team members as well as professionals from our network of trusted service providers.

Our approach is hands-on with clients in all of our work. From analysis and planning through process mapping, needs assessment, technology selection, configuration, training and ongoing mentorship.

As a Digital Advisor, you will be responsible for meeting with clients via zoom, writing CDAP (Canadian Digital Adoption Plan) reports, and researching, learning and implementing digital solutions for a variety of industries. You will be an important member of our team as we continue to make decisions and take actions to grow the business.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct digital assessment reviews and produce digital strategy documentation based on the outcomes.
• Provide strategic digital solutions to clients that will ultimately improve their business.
• Manage projects with external partners to ensure projects are completed on time.
• Provide project updates and time lines to clients.
• Generate, review and edit proposals, action plans, and presentations.
• Schedule zoom meetings and create agendas.
• Meet with clients on a regular basis.
• Maintain and update company CRM.
• Participate in internal strategy sessions.
• Assist in ongoing improvements to business processes.
• Manage projects through to completion.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma or certification in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business or commerce, digital or information technology or systems; an MBA, CPA or related professional designation is preferred).
• Have experience in developing digital business strategies, models, products or services.
• Have expertise in digital technology solutions for SMEs (e.g. Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer Relationship Management) for an industry such as manufacturing, distribution, retail, construction.
• Have experience in executing digital technology selection processes and structural analytical techniques.
• Strong understanding of business processes, workflows and digital tools.
• Excellent written, analytical, and research skills.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects at any given time.
• Good listener and understanding of basic business concepts.
• Advanced interpersonal skills in a professional and outgoing manner.
• Excellent organization, problem solving, and time management abilities.
• Highly self motivated and detailed oriented.
• Able to work without supervision and take initiative.
• Project management skills with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
• Able to prioritize workloads and meet established deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and seek/accept constructive feedback.

As this is a remote position, you must have access to a reliable laptop and internet connection. Hours of work are Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm PST.
