About the Team

Tabcorp is currently undertaking a demerger of our Lotteries and Keno business to create two, standalone market leading ASX-listed companies.

The Wagering & Media (W&M) technology function is a business facing domain that predominately works with the Wagering & Media business unit to achieve their business strategy, enabling them to deliver superb customer experiences, differentiating for competitive advantage, and driving growth, innovation and value for the W&M business. The W&M technology team is required to continuously improve products and services and execute the defined technology strategy via delivery of prioritised technology initiatives

About the Role

The Senior Java Developer will drive the delivery of software engineering for Core Platforms for the Wagering business. With your software engineering expertise, your accountabilities will be to deliver of technical capabilities, plan, design, coordinate and execute high quality technology solutions.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Product Owner and will be working on a mix of projects and productions issues using agile methodologies.

About You

Your experience will come from Software Engineering in a backend role using Java, Springboot and Maven.

Exposure to DevOps technologies such as Buildkite, AWS, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, GoCD, Ansible and Docker would be highly desirable, along with web technologies such as HTML, Angular, TypeScript and Javascript.
