T3 Sixty, a management consulting company in the residential real estate industry, has a client that is looking for an experienced Regional Manager.

The Vice President of Finance is primarily responsible for overseeing the financial affairs of the organization and preparing financial analyses of the organization. Oversight responsibility in this role includes the Company’s financial plans, policies, accounting practices, fiscal records, payroll and preparations of financial reports.

The ideal person for this role is a self-starter who has the skills and ability to organize the financials to reflect the company’s SaaS focus more accurately. Someone who can execute on more than just typical accounting functions, including moving the financials from Quickbooks to a more sophisticated software as needed to get financials in line with the future company goal of acquisition as a standard.

Roles and responsibilities

• Drive and manage financial initiatives, budgeting process and develop action plans to meet financial objectives.
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results.
• Manage the outsourced accounting team.
• Manage accounts receivable and payments system.
• Manage Payables (bill payment).
• Prepare, assess and report on monthly and weekly financial reports (P/L, balance sheet, projections).
• Manage sales tax and compliance-related payments, including local and state reporting and business renewals.
• Prepare documents for tax, tax filing or finance-related purposes.
• Manage payroll and 401k Management.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of executive-level finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Ability to read, create and interpret documents such as financial statements, variance reports, and tax reports.
• Ability to write/develop complex reports and correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
