Position Summary: T. Parker Host is seeking a seasoned Manager, Talent Acquisition to source, screen and ultimately onboard team members at all levels of the HOST organization. For this fast-paced position, we are seeking prior experience in full-cycle recruiting for both skilled trades and professional positions. This role will support the talent acquisition process from end-to-end and will be the face of HOST as an employer of choice. The successful individual will identify and recommend effective recruiting strategies to continuously improve the experience for both the candidate and the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking and able to juggle multiple and diverse priorities with an emphasis on attention to detail. This individual will bring project management and relationship development to this role and will fully utilize the TA systems to ensure a streamlined process. Some travel to regional HOST locations as well as off-site career fairs will be required.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Pro-actively source through various means for specialized, professional and hard-to-fill positions.
• Build rapport with key stakeholders including hiring managers, senior executives and other key decision makers.
• Support a diverse slate of requisitions from end-to-end while meeting established KPIs.
• Utilize behavioral-based screening questions for each unique job and coach hiring managers through this process
• In collaboration with the HR practitioner, identify appropriate assessment and skills testing resources to aid candidate evaluation process.
• Screen candidates through various platforms including in-person, phone and video conferencing.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR practitioners.
• Prepare offer letters and other related documents.
• Present offer to the selected candidate and supports any negotiations that may occur during this process.
• Attend regular TA stand-up meetings to discuss active requisitions, candidates in the pipeline and recruiting strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
• Develop an effective campus recruitment strategy and develop relationships with college career professionals. Attend high school, college and technical school job fairs and recruiting events.
• Track and evaluate KPIs throughout hiring process, analyzing data in order to make recommendations for process efficiencies and improvements.
• Ensure Applicant Tracking System is fully utilized and continuously up-to-date.
• Stay current with ever-evolving TA methods and strategies and propose, to HR leadership, implementing new best practices.
• Assist with a variety of HR initiatives, as needed.

Education, Knowledge, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related experience.
• Three to five (3-5) years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting. Ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for both skilled trades and professional/management positions. Previous experience recruiting in maritime/logistics/manufacturing industries, a plus.
• Proven ability to source for niche roles and in-demand skill sets.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, a must.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.
• Expertise with using applicant tracking software (ATS).
• Quick on your feet, creative and goal-oriented.
• Able and willing to travel to regional HOST locations on a regular basis.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Solid project management and organizational skills. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
