T-Mobile is America’s supercharged Un-carrier, delivering an advanced 4G LTE and transformative nationwide 5G network that will offer reliable connectivity for all. Engineers, Software is located in Frisco, TX will use Service Cloud and Community Cloud and expand to Analytics and Integrations with many add-ins and external applications via APIs.

Position duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Research, design, and develop computer and network software programs, as well as products.

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions.

• Update software and enhance existing software capabilities in collaboration with DevOps engineers and team members.

• Manage development process and code base.

• Present designs to internal and external groups for feedback, and peer review designs from team members.

• Develop test strategies and design automation frameworks.

• Write unit and functional tests to ensure code coverage and automation metrics.

Telecommuting is permitted, but applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance.

Skill requirements:

Must have professional experience in each of the following:

• Developing application using Apex language, HTML, JavaScript and CSS.

• Integrating Heroku, Deepio and Twilio using customization methods to enhance data communication between affected systems.

• Developing customized s and Dashboards using Lightning pages to collect analysis and insights for business users and managers.

• Using Data Loader and Import Wizard to transfer data from excel sheets into Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities.

• Deploying and supporting features using ANT, Change sets, VS code, Gitlab and Copado.

Experience and education requirements:

• PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Computer and Information Technology, Information Systems, or related and 1 year of relevant work experience.

• ALTERNATIVE REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Technology, Information Systems, or related and 3 years of relevant work experience.

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
