T M Cobb Company A Corp Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Riverside, CA Full Time

The Customer Service Representative provides customer order support and product information for all T.M. Cobb Customers.

Pay range: $18-$24/hour (based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide quality customer service for all T.M. Cobb customers.
• Process and review customer orders, request for orders and system generated acknowledgments.
• Communicate professionally with T.M. Cobb customers, both internal and external, regarding product and product questions, orders and potential orders.
• Support the order process by professionally communicating with customers, outside sales, production personnel, and expediting.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of one to two years’ experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Door, window, or construction background preferred.

Education:

• High school diploma required, some college preferred.

Essential Abilities:

• Read write and understand the English language.
• Ability to work independently at times under pressure.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Computer literacy and the ability to learn new computer software programs.
• Excellent written and oral communications skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
