E-Learning Designer

SYSTEMTEC is seeking E-Learning Designer to join our training team for a position based out of Columbia, SC. This role promotes blended learning solutions and the use of innovative technology and tools to meet business goals of developing a high-performing workforce. You will bring your experience working with Vendors and Subject Matter Experts to bring training solutions to our information technology staff.

Responsibilities of the E-Learning Designer:

Knowledge of eLearning application tools such as Knowledge of eLearning application tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe eLearning Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, PowerPoint, Camtasia, HTML, JavaScript, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or related tools. Video, storyboard creation and audio editing experience a plus. Knowledge of national standard for web development and online learning (SCORM/AICC) or other evolving e-learning standards. Knowledge of 508 compliance a plus.

Requirements of the E-Learning Designer:

Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Business, Education, or related field, OR Required

Associates degree in English, Journalism, Business, Education, or related field, PLUS 2 years job-related work exp., OR Required 4 Years

4 ADDED years of instructional design, electronic media design, or related work Required 6 Years

· 2 years-instructional design, electronic media design, or related work experience Required 2 Years

· Knowledge of eLearning application tools such as Articulate Storyline (primary tool used), Adobe eLearning Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, or related tools Required 2 Years

· Knowledge of processors, electronic equipment, computer hardware and software, including applications and programming Required 2 Years

· Knowledge of national standard for web development and online learning (SCORM/AICC) or other evolving e-learning standards Required 2 Years

· Instructional design, electronic media design, or related work experience Required 2 Years

Required Licenses and Certificates: Trainer certification as required by area training department Nice to have

Video and audio editing experience a plus Desired

Knowledge of 508 compliance a plus Desired
