A top manufacturing organization in our area is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join their organization. This individual will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the manufacturing industry. This individual will be responsible for including, but not limited to, supporting the floor, scrap reduction analysis, customer service on parts, and process improvement. Any experience in aerospace or AS9100 certified will put your resume to the top of the pile. A Bachelor’s Degree is also highly desired.

The successful candidate will need to be able to strike a balance between working on the production floor and carving time for process improvement and root cause analysis to produce a proper corrective action plan.
