Sysco Speciality Group Hiring for Resourcing Advisor Job at Remote Full Time

We are looking for someone who loves a fast paced, volume recruitment role…..you will be working for a global foodservice business, recruiting our Warehouse and Driver colleagues!

As our Resourcing Advisor, you will manage high-volume operational recruitment partnering with stakeholders to ensure we have the right people, in the right roles, at the right time.

This is a homebased role, with some travel to sites required to team meetings etc, we are happy to talk flexible working…..

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Warehouse and Driver vacancies across our sites
• Creating and advertising of job adverts internally and externally
• Screening candidates, shortlisting and making recommendations to the Hiring Manager
• Monitoring applications, reviewing the effectiveness of campaigns, and using own initiative to provide solutions to improve the future effectiveness of campaigns
• Employ a direct recruitment model, proactively sourcing the best candidates and keeping candidate journey at the forefront of all activity
• Effective delivery of the customer experience, both internally (Ops/HR/Internal candidates etc) and externally (candidate’s/recruitment agencies/other providers)

Key Attributes:

• Previous experience in a fast paced in-house or agency environment
• Understanding of Food/Logistics/Distribution industries is preferred but not essential
• We are open to an agency or in-house background
• Able to build credible business relationships with managers and candidates
• Able to work under pressure and managing your own time and workload
• Experience using job-boards and CV databases taking a pro-active approach to recruitment
• This is a volume recruitment role – so someone who is happy being on the phone and sourcing candidates with a resilient and proactive attitude!
