To expand the UK People & Culture team effective immediately, Synpulse UK are looking for an Active Sourcer who is pro-active, flexible, and with a service-oriented mindset.
What your role will look like as an Internal Talent Acquisition Sourcer:

• You will work closely with hiring managers and the People and Culture Business Partner to understand hiring needs and build and effective sourcing strategy.
• You will find, engage and activate source candidates with the use of LinkedIn, social media channels and alternative search techniques.
• You will promote our employer brand when reaching out to candidates conducting pre-qualifications calls to get candidates interested in learning more about us.
• You will provide responsive follow-up to both candidates and hiring teams.
• You will actively build and manage talent pools to create a candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
• You will measure and report on recruiting metrics
• You will recommend ideas that will contribute to the future growth of the company.

What we’re looking for:

• You are educated to bachelor’s degree level
• You will bring a minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, with administrative and human resources experience as a bonus.
• You will ideally have had exposure to working in the consulting, banking, insurance or technology industry
• You will have had some experience working in a growth company
• You will have had knowledge on how to come up with creative sourcing techniques to attract the right talent, ideally gained in a sourcing specialist or talent sourcer role
• You will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels.
• You have working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
