Role purpose

As a Recruitment Partner in the UK you will play a key role within our in-house talent acquisition function. You will provide a first-class recruiting experience to hiring managers, candidates and HR colleagues. Be responsible for driving the end to end recruitment processes, leading strategic hiring engagements and talent attraction strategies. In addition you will partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to understand their requirements within the business areas they operate for present and future hiring needs. You will help drive new ways of thinking around our recruitment planning and adapting these to meet the current and future needs of the business

Accountabilities

Conduct strategy meetings with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements

Develop sourcing strategies for your area of responsibility (manufacturing) in the UK, using your market knowledge and data analysis to inform these decisions

Work closely with the business to develop campaigns which support recruitment drives or initiatives such as careers fairs, industry events etc

End to end candidate management – active sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview, offer

Maintain the candidate workflow in the ATS to ensure data is accurate for reporting

Optimize use of candidate relationship management (CRM) system, through proactive talent pooling, recruitment marketing and employer branding

Collaborate with HRBP’s to anticipate future needs in relation to talent strategy, pipelining and ensure the correct talent attraction strategies are in place to achieve this

Manage external recruitment agencies where needed

Your Profile

To be successful in this role you have demonstrable experience as a recruitment / talent acquisition partner, ideally gained in a similar in-house, RPO or Agency environment.

The enthusiastic, proactive colleague we are looking for knows how to recruit in complex, narrow candidate markets across multiple requisitions.

You have a deep knowledge of recruiting best practices and you are well versed in various sourcing, head-hunting & recruiting methodologies.
