Location: Preferred in EU time zone however will consider flexible/ remote working at other locations where Syngenta has a office. Depending on the local set up, we might hire the candidate through a third party.

Global Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

The Global TA specialist will work with regional and country recruitment stakeholders to implement the new Talent Acquisition solution across Syngenta. This would include understanding the current recruitment landscape, preparing a design that would improve the overall hiring experience for candidates, hiring managers and recruitment partners. The individual would need to work closely with all recruitment stakeholders to ensure that the design incorporates the local needs while following a standard global process.

Accountabilities:

• Leading the global recruitment requirements to be configured in SmartRecruiters
• Redesigning the global recruitment process along with relevant work instructions
• Working with the Project Manager, Technical team, vendor and recruitment stakeholders
• Works with senior recruitment stakeholders to ensure system workflows are fit for purpose
• Responsible for obtaining sign-off on system and configuration set-up
• Ensures testing is fit for purpose
• Ensure the suite of reports and recruitment dashboards are set up as required
• Ensures system processes are (where possible) standardized and simplified
• Ensures the careers website is first-class
• Creates a first-class candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience

Requirements:

• Degree educated or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum of 5 years senior global recruitment experience
• Has previously implemented or been part of the project team to implement Smart Recruiters
• Has experience of complex matrix environment in Global corporate organizations
• In depth knowledge on global recruitment legislative requirements
• Strong change management experience
• Can work with multiple agencies and vendors
• Is pro-active. Can quickly identify issues and works independently to resolve them or can escalate appropriately
• Excellent communication skills. Can influence all level of stakeholders
• Competent with PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience of Smartsheets would be a benefit
