Synergy Solutions Hiring for Design Engineer at Remote Full Time

For this position we are looking for Harness Design and Analysis Engineers

Skills:

• Must have significant experience with both Mentor Capital Logic and Capital Harness XC for 3D drawings.
• Experience creating parts with the library would be a plus. Should at least be proficient using the library to manage parts for the drawings.

Description:

• Bundle size calculations
• Connector and Harness Part Selection
• Accessing the 3D CAD model and provided direction to the design team to update affected harness routings in order to determine run lengths and back shell clocking
• Accessing the Capital Harness XC, Capital Logic and Capital Topology to detail design harness schematics and complete harness drawings
• Provide PDF redlines to legacy harnesses not designed in the Capital suite
• Support Integration, Focus and Team meetings as required.

Anticipated deliverables provided by the supplier include the following:

• Instructions for client Design Services to implement harness routing changes.
• Harness Drawings, Elementary Wiring Diagrams and Cable Interconnect Diagrams designed in the Capital Harness XC, Capital Logic and Capital Topology systems on the network.
• PDF redlines to legacy harnesses not designed in the Capital suite.
• Other engineering analysis provided in Microsoft Office format.
