About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to drive both administrative and operational outcomes.

Your duties will include:

• Develop and Maintain Talent Pools
• Manage, Screen, and Vet candidates for Talent Pools
• Coordinate the inductions and onboarding of our contingent workforce
• Prepare and maintain records
• The main point of contact for any candidate queries
• Make our contingent workforce feel part of the Synergy People team
• Support the health, wellbeing, and day to day needs of our contingent workforce
• Develop the contingent workforce to buy into our company culture by building trust through consistent and proactive two-way communication

About you

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion for helping people
• Ability to collaborate with a team
• Experience in managing teams or workforces
• Good time management skills
• Experience in Microsoft Office
• Good Communication and Listening Skills
