Synergy Homes Hiring for Carpenter Full Time

Seeking a reliable and motivated individual in a full time capacity to assist in the completion of various stages of new home construction, repairs and finishing work in new and existing residential properties in Porters Lake, NS.

Some duties include; framing, general maintenance, carpentry, renovations, landscaping, repair of walkways and exteriors, general exterior and interior cleaning as necessary, and any other assigned tasks.

Job Duties:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Understanding customer requirements
• Recommending job improvements, alternative methods, etc. (problem solve)
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations
• Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (Occupational Health and Safety)
• Knowledge of woods and their uses and adaptability
• Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
