• A finance professional with prior experience at a Big 4 or mid-tier professional / accounting services firm.
• Passionately driving Business Development, demonstrating a fervour for identifying opportunities, building relationships, and crafting customized solutions.
• Known for your analytical acumen, alongside exceptional conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experienced in building capability to improve performance.
• A persuasive communicator and collaborative influencer.
• Skilled in leading multidisciplinary teams and cross capability teams.
• Proficient in confidently navigating ambiguity to drive teams towards successful outcomes.
• A proud member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ) or Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) Australia.

• Leading strategic initiatives to enhance financial performance and efficiency.
• Driving innovation in financial management processes and systems.
• Providing expert guidance to clients on complex financial matters.
