Synergy Engineering Hiring for Entry Level Engineer at Charlotte, NC Full Time

Job Description

A growing South Charlotte engineering firm is seeking a full-time Junior Engineer to continue the growth of our expanding services. If you are patient, energetic, organized, details oriented, and can quickly adapt to priorities; our team is looking for you.

Duties & Responsibilities

Will include but not be limited to:

• Assist with project work.
• Manage and distribute coordinated digital documents to the project team.
• Communicate with subcontractors to receive, coordinate, and update project documents.
• Working with multiple file types depending on customer requirements.
• Work within AutoCad, AutoCad 3D, Revit, Inventor, and NavisWorks.
• Develop and review drawing package templates
• Provide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced.
• Work within a team and contribute to team goals to make the entire team successful.
• Produce a product that meets schedule, contract scope requirements and is consistent with project standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to attain and maintain a US Government clearance
• Engineering Degree is a must
• AutoCAD experience preferred
• BIM 360 experience is a plus
• Navisworks experience is a plus
• BlueBeam experience is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office applications expected
• Working knowledge of REVIT a plus
• MEP construction background is a plus
• Bluebeam experience is a plus

Compensation/Benefits

• Relaxed work atmosphere

• Salary range: $47,500 to $65,000 Salary + Bonus
• Hours – M-T 7 am-5 pm and F 8 am -Noon (This position is preferred in-person, but hybrid remote is negotiable)

The Interview Process

• A minimum of three interview rounds will be conducted for select applicants
• Successful applicants will be e-mailed a DiSC Temperament Assessment to complete for the first round.
• Successful round one applicants will be contacted to set up an onsite interview for the second round.
• At the discretion of the interview team, an additional onsite interview may be conducted between the second and third rounds.
• Successful round two applicants will be invited to a dinner with the interview team and their spouses for the third round, depending on availability.
• Our goal is to fill this position by the end of June 2023
