Synergy Bioscience Hiring for Recruiter Job at Remote Full Time

Synergy Bioscience is a start-up company providing pharmaceutical product development, analytical chemistry testing, and quality compliance consulting services to FDA-regulated industries.

We are looking for a deadline-focused full-time/part-time technical recruiter who will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists for different contract and full-time positions. The recruiter’s responsibilities include all aspects of hiring, from writing job descriptions to offering job positions to the most suitable candidates. You should be focused, hard-working, and able to meet deadlines to the satisfaction of all parties involved.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

– Sourcing and screening potential candidates.

– Increasing the number of qualified applicants in our database

– Analyzing candidate information to determine matches between candidates and project requirements.

– Prioritizing and tracking job orders to fulfill the company’s needs

– Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews with candidates.

– Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager.

– Offering job positions and helping with completing the relevant paperwork.

– Keeping applicants informed on their application process.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

– 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment processes and platforms.

– Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills

– Ability to make decisions, take direction and execute plans

– Proficiency using computer software (Word, Excel, .. etc.), calendaring, ATS and shared drives.

– Good working knowledge of the recruitment process.

Pay: $24,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
