The Talent Acquisition Partner is an exciting opportunity to join our team in delivering people outcomes across Synergy and is based at our Perth CBD office.

This role is a 24-month max-term contract.

We’re looking for inspiring people who will:

• Supporting the recruitment process throughout the entire lifecycle
• Partnering with leaders and stakeholders to provide strategic recruitment advice whilst delivering a premium service focused on outcomes.
• Building sustainable and relevant talent pipelines to meet future workforce demands.
• Utilising social media to contact active and passive talent pools.
• Providing mentoring, coaching and advice to key stakeholders regarding best talent acquisition practice and methodologies.
• Advise on best practice recruitment processes and methodologies used in the sourcing and selection of high-quality candidates

Our ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

• 3-5 years in-house or agency experience in a fast-paced recruitment/Talent Acquisition role
• Experience developing and implementing a variety of sourcing and attraction strategies to assess key talent.

• Passive candidate search and engagement skills along with success in utilising tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to source talent.
• Experience in building brand awareness, creating talent communities and establishing new ways to market to active and passive candidates.
• The ability to role model the organisation values and behaviours
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated initiative, trust and reliability and the ability to work autonomously.
