Local technology company is looking for a Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their team. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Payroll entries in QuickBooks
  • Creating invoices
  • Entering and paying bills
  • Entering and paying employee expenses
  • Bank and credit card reconcilitations
  • Closing out month-, quarter-, and year-end for delivery to company”s CPA firm
  • Work closely with the Owner

Requirements:

  • Minimum of high school diploma
  • Proficient in QuickBooks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as Google Drive
  • Highly detail-oriented
