As part of our ongoing efforts to recruit the brightest talent we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and are opening an exciting opportunity to join us as Talent Acquisition Specialist, based in the UK.

We are seeking Talent Acquisition professionals with a good level of academic achievement (such as a degree). You will also need to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English to a high level and ideally come with additional languages. A good standard of IT literacy and knowledge of social media, mainly LinkedIn, will also be essential.

Previous experience in clinical recruitment would be ideal but is not essential. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately is required. Strong problem solving, influencing, negotiating, facilitating and partnership skills are required.
