As part of our ongoing growth, we are happy to announce a new Talent Acquisition Manager role in our EMEA region.
Job responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning and talent acquisition needs.
- Lead a team of EMEA based Recruiters to develop sourcing strategies and recruiting plans, whilst tracking key TA metrics.
- Ensure hiring manager’s experience a collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused talent acquisition support.
- Design, build, implement and manage strategic sourcing and talent acquisition programs.
- Explore proactive, traditional and innovative approaches to Talent Acquisition. Provide subject matter expertise with fostering open communication.
- Lead with an operational focus, setting strategy, objectives and policies. Establish operational objectives for the team including work plans and delegating assignments to team.
- Promote an environment of creativity and innovation focused on process improvements and technologies, supporting the organization’s mission to further its vision.
- Leverage talent acquisition metrics and analytics to drive decision making, implement strategies and measure team productivity.
- Provide oversight and ownership for the function and provide hands on support to insure overall regional hiring needs are met
- Provide expertise in market insights, talent landscape, and an understanding of talent needs to assist in developing company growth plans and forecast.
- Ensure the team is fully leveraging the ATS while working to achieve talent acquisition metrics and goals including, hiring volume, time to fill and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiter in a corporate or agency environment
- Talent Acquisition Leadership experience in a full cycle recruitment environment
- Proven ability to succeed and lead in a performance based culture, driving and managing to specific levels of accountability
- Demonstrated success in building high performing teams through active performance management, including coaching, developing and hiring.
- Proven track record of parting with senior leaders to drive high impact, strategic talent decisions.
- Excellent problem solving, influencing, negotiating and facilitation skills.
- Strong time management skills and able to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and an ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Talent Acquisition experience in a CRO, Healthcare, Pharma or Life Sciences industry
- Experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager within the CRO, Healthcare, Pharma or Life Sciences industry
- Experience as Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager leading remote workers
