Syncron’s ambition is to change an industry that has looked roughly the same for decades. We have just entered an intensive transformation phase where the business, organization and ways of working are all developing at a speed that we haven’t experienced before. In August 2021 we also merged with Mize to form a true industry leader in Service Lifecycle Management. EMEA SENIOR/PRINCIPAL TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

The Talent Acquisition team in Syncron is impactful, forward-looking, and collaborative. We learn from each other, our voices are heard, and are perceived as business enablers in the rest of the organization. We are now looking for a person who wants to develop, continuously learn and want to create an impact across our organization in Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
Your role will be to work across all our markets and find experts, stars, and leaders that will join us in the transformation journey we are on. We are not perfect. So, the more you want to influence, bring ideas, and develop our ways of working, the better. You are probably the right person if you get excited by an almost never-ending list of things to do and the freedom to influence how to do them.
YOU…

• Believe that recruitment will evolve beyond the traditional ways of working.
• Have a pragmatic mindset where you understand that you need to both show momentum and hire people, whilst you find ways of improving processes and how we attract talent.
• Have understood that recruitment skills can be developed and honed over many years, and you have both failed and succeeded in hiring a diverse set of roles.
• Are used to handle entire processes from proactive sourcing to closing highly sought-after talent.
• Have been exposed to various international requisitions and you have a successful track record in closing recruitment processes in many business domains.
• Really want to understand the business you are impacting and are used to working in a diverse set of roles (from sales to corporate to product management).
• Want and is used to working close to and continuously advising leaders and stakeholders on how to build and recruit in an expanding organization.
