Project Manager – MS Dynamics 365

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organised and skilled Project Manager with expertise in MS Dynamics 365 to lead the implementation of MS Dynamics Finance & Operations and CRM products. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organising, allocating resources, budgeting, and successfully delivering projects using the suite of D365 tools. This role requires exceptional organisational and communication skills to coordinate teams across various geographies and handle multiple projects of varying sizes and scopes.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organise, and allocate resources to ensure the successful implementation of MS Dynamics Finance & Operations and CRM products.
• Coordinate teams across different locations to meet customer goals and requirements.
• Work closely with key stakeholders and partners to define the project scope and objectives.
• Identify and manage the resources needed to achieve project objectives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Collaborate with IT Services leaders and Delivery team members to coordinate project activities.
• Ensure delivery of projects in line with the project management framework.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience managing and delivering projects in the information technology sector.
• Over 5 years of experience in D365 Finance & CRM implementation.
• Global IT project management experience.
• Exceptional customer/stakeholder communication and engagement skills.
• Strong collaboration skills with global teams.
• Problem-solving and prioritisation mindset to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in delivering large-scale infrastructure-based projects.
• Ability to manage multiple interdependent project streams concurrently.
• Knowledge and utilisation of industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.
• Availability for off-hours collaboration with the Global IT Team and key stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with Marketo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure integration services.
• Knowledge of accounting business processes and integration with operations.
• Experience with billing system products in the energy or telecommunications sectors.
• Familiarity with cloud-based solution delivery.
