Sync is a digital marketing agency located in Bella Vista, Sydney. As a multifaceted business, Sync offers personalised marketing strategies across a vast range of industries including real estate, education and the medical industry to name a few. An advantageous arm of the business includes also being a video and photography company, allowing the business to cater to the needs of its clientele. 

Sync has grown exponentially in the last 7 years and are looking for a savvy and switched-on Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social media management of multiple client profiles

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies across social channels such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

• Create engaging content, including text, image, and video content

• Monitor and analyse social media metrics to optimise performance

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

• Ability to work closely with the client and guide them on content ideas that align with their goals

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Meticulous in their work

• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design

• Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights

• Familiarity with social media management tools
