Our Operations Team includes Talent, Finance, IT, Systems & Facilities who provide centralised support services to the both companies.

We are looking to hire an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us on our journey of growth across this business and be a kay part of the HR & Talent team.

ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Associate with Synaptic Health, no day will be the same, but you will be liaising with hiring managers, candidates, new starters, HR colleagues, and external recruitment agencies. In your role as Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be a natural communicator with the ability to build effective relationships across the businesses as well as with external candidates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead and Hiring Teams to fully understand the role requirements
• Using varied sourcing techniques to source amazing candidates, including ad response, market mapping, LinkedIn sourcing and social media campaigns
• Conduct CV screening and telephone interviews referring to the hiring requirements and dealing with candidate’s expectations
• Creating positions on internal systems
• Monitoring and managing candidate response, scheduling interviews assisting hiring managers to manage interview process
• Assisting with the offer and onboarding process
• Use social media and niche platforms to attract potential candidates using innovative and creative techniques
• Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
• Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Work alongside the TA Lead to aid the management of third-party recruiting agencies

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• A recruitment and selection background including experience of successfully recruiting graduates and apprentices
• Understanding of Talent Acquisition processes
• Excellent IT and administration skills.
• A broad awareness of HR areas e.g., Application, Assessments, Data Protection, Security, and Induction
• Ability to work to deadlines with good prioritisation and time management skills.
• Able to establish productive relationships with individuals at all levels
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
• A positive and adaptable approach to problem solving.
