With primary offices in New York, London, Bangalore, and Belfast and supporting more than 600 customers across the globe, we are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global People Success Team.

About the Role

As part of the Symphony Talent Global People Success team,you’ll lead the full recruitment lifecyle to championing employer branding campaigns while driving business success in line with Symphony Talent’s mission and core values. The role is a true generalist position with primary focus on attracting talent and opportunity to grow within learning and employee development. The position can be based at our corporate headquarters in New York, NY with opportunity to work virtually.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with our Global Head of Talent Acquisition to source, attract and retain top talent within our various functional teams in the US.
• Proactively identify ways to source passive candidates using LinkedIn and other social sites. Introduce new and innovative ways to engage talent for hard to fill roles
• Build deep, sustainable networks and communities of diverse talent across industries and geographies
• Embrace employee referrals and build upon existing multi-channel sourcing of passive and active candidates across a full range of levels.
• Build strong relationships with Functional Leaders and Hiring Managers to understand business and hiring needs and develop pipelines to anticipate staffing requirements
• Manage the entire life cycle of recruiting from lead generation through direct sourcing, interviewing and hiring
• Provide an efficient, high-touch and dignified experience for all candidates throughout the key stages of their application, offer and pre-employment
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to ensure all positions are filled in a timely manner and within budget
• Work with hiring managers to develop effective and inclusive job descriptions that accurately explain functions and qualifications for individual roles, as well as define the target candidate profile
• Ensure efficient use of all our internal recruiting tools for scheduling interviews and managing our talent pipeline; tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics on a regular basis.
• Coordinate candidate onboarding with Hiring Managers and People Success Operations
• Assist in special Global People Success initiatives and projects that may arise

About You:

• You have already gained practical experience in recruitment, preferably in a global or national scale-up context and love the challenge of sourcing & recruiting for complex recruitment projects in the US.
• You are eager to optimize existing organizational processes in the area of recruiting and contribute new ideas
• You are eager to provide an outstanding and reliable candidate experience
• You have excellent skills in interviewing as well as effective and transparent stakeholder management
• You have a very solution-oriented and independent working style
• You naturally bring together the needs of the company and your stakeholders and demonstrate empathy to build human connections.
• You possess great organizational and communication skills; Familiarity with HR technology, including ATS/CRM with a demonstrated ability to embrace new technology.
• Knowledge of office productivity tools including Google and Slack.
