SymphonicHCM is collaborating with a client in Denver seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a 6-month contract opportunity. This position will begin remotely, moving into a hybrid model. Position will include sourcing activities, as well as administrative functions (scheduling, assessment set up) as needed.

The individual in this role will be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the internet and relevant databases, networking, and qualifying candidates. This individual will screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates, as well as being responsible for submitting and reviewing candidates with the hiring manager. This individual will assist in negotiating salaries and will manage multiple requests simultaneously to provide professional support to managers. You will need to be able to understand and advance company’s compensation, people development, and equal employment strategies.

The responsibilities of this opportunity:

Sourcing: (50%)

• Working within our new iCIMS connect the platform to pipeline different job functions/geographies
• Create and administer email campaigns to passive pipelined candidates using iCIMS
• Use various sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, CIRCA, and Seek Out

Basic Duties: (50%)

• Scheduling candidates for interviews
• Managing the administration of assessments and skill survey requests
• Provide support of lower-grade requisitions (help with phone screens or managing the requistion full cycle)

Experience:
4-5 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Sourcing
Proficiency in Excel
iCIMS experience preferred
Seek Out experience preferred

All candidates must be local to the Denver, CO area and be willing to report onsite in a “hybrid” fashion. The position will begin remotely and move to a hybrid setup.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour
