We are in search of a versatile and results-driven remote RevOps Marketer to join our team. As a crucial contributor, you will bring together the realms of Advertising, CRM, Data, Insights, and Lead Generation. Your role as a RevOps Marketer is pivotal, ensuring the seamless alignment of Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success efforts. In this capacity, you will be instrumental in propelling revenue growth and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Advertising:

• Determine target audience for B2B advertising campaigns.
• Work with various advertising platforms including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Measure the success of digital advertising campaigns and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively.
• Test and optimise advertising creatives, utilising A/B testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with advertising and staying updated on the latest advertising platforms and technologies.

CRM:

• Work with various CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, SugarCRM, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of data within the CRM system.
• Customise CRM systems to meet business needs.
• Utilise CRM data to support revenue operations.
• Train and support users in adopting new or updated CRM systems.
• Utilise CRM analytics to drive revenue growth.
• Approach data integration when merging CRM data with other systems.
• Ensure CRM compliance with data privacy regulations.

Insights:

• Derive actionable insights from datasets using tools and methods.
• Ensure insights are relevant to business goals and communicate effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and revise insights based on new data or feedback.
• Balance detailed insights with simplicity and clarity.
• Stay updated on new tools and techniques for data analysis and insight generation.
• Experience with predictive analytics.

Lead Generation:

• Optimise lead generation strategies for high-quality lead capture.
• Manage lead scoring models and employ effective tactics for B2B lead generation.
• Measure the ROI of lead generation campaigns.
• Utilise marketing automation tools for lead nurturing.
• Align lead generation efforts with sales and marketing teams.
• Segment and target potential leads effectively.
• Keep up with emerging trends and technologies in lead generation.
• Adjust lead generation strategies based on data analytics or feedback.
