Symfoni Hiring for Data, CRM and Advertising Marketer at Australia Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

As a Data, Insights, Advertising and Lead Gen (RevOps) Marketer, you will be responsible for:

1. Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

2. Segmentation: Create and manage segmentation strategies within Hubspot / Salesforce CRM to target specific customer groups effectively.

3. Segment Utilisation: Leverage customer segments to optimise marketing campaigns and personalise customer experiences.

4. Contact Management: Establish policies and protocols for managing unengaged contacts and implement strategies to re-engage them.

5. KPI Achievement: Work towards achieving engagement KPIs and revenue outcomes through data-driven marketing activities.

6. Performance Measurement: Utilise various platforms and tools to measure the performance of omnichannel marketing initiatives, including social media.

7. Paid Social Media: Manage paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including LinkedIn.

8. LinkedIn Insights: Utilise LinkedIn Insights and tags to analyse campaign engagement and identify key individuals who engage with our campaigns.

9. Continuous Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies based on data insights and industry best practices.

10. Client Growth: Develop strategies to increase LinkedIn followers and expand email subscriber bases for our clients.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in data-driven marketing, segmentation, and ROI measurement*.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in utilising social media platforms for advertising, including LinkedIn.

Ability to adapt to the changing landscape of digital marketing.
