Responsibilities
As a Marketing Account Manager, you will be a key player in our marketing efforts. Your essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Full-Stack Marketing:
Demonstrate proficiency/expertise in various marketing functions, including:
Commercially-Driven Approach:
Manage end-to-end campaigns with a commercial focus, emphasising the importance of results and measurable value.
Strategic Thinking:
Develop and iterate campaigns to achieve optimal results, showcasing a growth mindset and commitment to generating leads that convert to profitable revenue.
Technical and Business Acumen:
Leverage technical and business skills to plan and execute campaigns effectively, utilising tools such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, MOZ, SEMRush, CRM packages (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot), marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, AutoPilot), and design tools from the Adobe suite.
Requirements
You have:
5+ years experience in a similar role.
Education:
Ideally, hold an undergraduate degree in Marketing from a reputable university.
Certifications:
We highly value industry certifications such as Google Certifications (Ads, Analytics), HubSpot Certifications (Content Marketing, Inbound Marketing), Hootsuite Social Media Certification, or others.
Team Collaboration:

Understanding:
Deep appreciation of the B2B buyer journey.
Results-Driven:
Outcome-focused, results-driven, and dedicated to adding real and measurable value.
Technical Skills:
Power-user of Google Analytics, experience with at least one Marketing Automation platform (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot), and strong proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, and presentation tools.
Team Management:
Ability to brief, guide, collaborate with and execute work with team members, as well as manage external contractors and sub-agencies to deliver high-quality results.
