Who we are:

Symetria Recovery is the #1 outpatient rehab in Illinois and Texas. It started with three simple, yet game-changing core beliefs: Addiction is a disease; co-occurring mental health conditions should be addressed, and patients deserve respect, not judgement. Symetria Recovery provides comprehensive substance abuse treatment with a focus on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) in a welcoming outpatient setting. Unlimited clinical services are available to our patients under our bundled-service delivery model. Key services delivered through our Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) licensure include MAT, medically monitored psychiatric care, individual therapy, group therapy (IOP), 6-day-per-week nursing care, and ongoing aftercare. Most of our patients being provided medication receive Buprenorphine products, but they can also receive Methadone, injectables (Vivitrol, Sublocade), and any other FDA-approved medication for addiction.

What you will do:

• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions by: Placing job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, scheduling applicants, and presenting offer.
• Post positions to appropriate Internet sources and ensure accurate and error-free advertising.
• Excellent customer service skills, communicates proactively and consistently with teams and candidates.
• Submits daily / weekly recruiting s to internal leadership team.
• Supports coordination of interviews for qualified applicants with hiring management team.
• Coordinates new hire workflow with appropriate HRBP.
• Maintains job order and candidate application files.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
• End to end clinical recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing.

Who you are:

• Experience with full cycle recruiting and sourcing.
• Successfully recruited doctors, nurses, mid-level providers with SUD.
• Proven experience recruiting clinical and non-clinical positions in SUD, OTP.
• Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
• Experience collecting and ing on recruiting funnel metrics.
• Experience in passive recruiting techniques/strategies (preferred).
