We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, this role will be the liaison point between the finance team and the assigned Segment. The role will be focused on core finance business partnering with one of the Segment in the Group and other ad hoc projects as required.

This role will be working closely with relevant business Executives.

What you’ll do as a Senior Finance Business Partner:

• Work closely with stakeholders in one of the core Segment of the Group and acting as a knowledge expert for the financial performance of that Segment
• Analyse key financial information to help drive change and strategic direction for the Segment to expand into new market segment in Asia
• Support business units in the development and assessment for financial metrics
• Design and build the financial evaluation of business cases
• Help drive profitability and efficiencies
• Contribute to strategic planning processes by analysing historical data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Assist the Senior FP&A analyst with scenarios affecting various business units and also assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Production of ad-hoc analysis and project work as required

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Finance Qualifications with a Chartered Accountant or CPA membership or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years practical experience in management accounting or finance business partnering within a large, complex organisation
• Experience across business case development, costing and budgeting, data collection and analysis, reporting and working with Power BI metric dashboards
• Displays strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in developing and maintaining strategic working relationships
• High level analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills to interpret and report financial information to support decision making and business performance.
• Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables and complex formulas are a minimum), Powerpoint presentations and BI tools
• Highly motivated, goal orientated and proactive
• Ability to be a trusted team player
