The Role
Due to our workload as a result of the organisations stable growth, we’re on the lookout for a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the team!
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and attraction for a range of key projects, volume recruitment, niche roles and leadership positions across Symal Group.
Responsibilities include:

• Drive the end to end recruitment process with candidates and hiring managers
• Strategic source and engage best talent for key positions at Symal.
• Championing and developing strategic sourcing initiatives to support diversity across the organisation
• Continuously developing and managing a strong talent pool of potential candidates for both current and future vacancies.
• Develop and promote Talent Acquisition initiatives to improve efficiencies

About you
You will have:

• Extensive recruitment experience (either within agency or internal – ideally both) with a strong understanding of value add recruitment – not just ticking a box!
• Strong desire to partner with businesses and not just as a ‘transactional recruiter’
• Evidence of pipelining external talent for executive and critical roles, and those roles with a recognised skill shortage in the market.
• A strong capability in managing stakeholders and taking initiative;
• Experience within the construction/infrastructure sector or related industries is highly desirable
