The role

• Assisting with timely and accurate financial reporting for the business and its stakeholders
• Assisting with managing EOFY process and ensuring information provided is accurate and treated correctly in accordance with accounting standards
• Assisting with day-to-day accounting of the Groups property development entities
• Assisting the broader finance team with ad hoc duties and tasks whilst fostering a positive culture
• Assisting with preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for multiple entities
• Assisting with the preparation of reconciliation for balance sheet accounts for multipole entities

About you

• 2+ years experience in a similar role
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Exposure to property development is desirable
• Experience using Jobpac is highly desirable too
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
