As part of our next phase in our People department, we are seeking two Talent Acquisition Partners to hit the ground running, applying your experience to support our desire to improve our Employer Brand and directly attract, source, and qualify candidates for the benefit of internal stakeholders.
We are seeking two Talent Acquisition Partners to join our growing Recruitment team and want to hear from only the most driven and enthusiastic individuals, who would jump at the chance to have a hands-on input in our expanding hiring plans and make their mark across their designated areas of the business! This is a brand new position within the business perfect for those keen to showcase their expertise and thrive within this autonomous role!
As our newest Talent Acquisition Partners, you will focus on Experienced Hires across our Central Services and Senior Management appointments and another to add focus to all Operational roles throughout the UK. Both will provide excellence in end-to-end resourcing and recruitment from developing brand and attraction campaigns (including compelling copywriting) through effective talent pipelining and succession planning to sourcing and selection.
No day will be the same within this fast moving role, which along with filling vacancies will see you gain quick exposure and development into areas of workforce planning, campaign management and broader culture change initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to soak up the wealth of knowledge from our wider People team as well showcase your passion, drive and commitment to service delivery, utilising your proven 360-degree expertise to ensure all candidates receive a positive experience and you delight your stakeholders.

Working hours: Your working hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm however due to the nature of this role, a flexible approach to CORE hours will be required to be successful in this position.
Location: This is a hybrid position. Whilst your regular place of work with be our One City Place, Chester offices, flexibility to work Remotely is also offered in line with the requirements of the role.
