We are looking for individual with experience in the “IT Technical Lead or Head of IT” at least 8+ years of full time IT support and services.

Requirements: The candidate must have MSc Information System Degree or equivalent and must familiar with ISO27001 standard, preferred ISO27001 certification for Lead Auditor. Written and spoken competence in English is required, should be willing to work in Saint John, NB.

Responsibilities: The candidate must be comfortable with a variety of tasks, maintain essential IT operations, including users and Servers Operating Systems.

The candidate having hands on experience of troubleshooting Laptop, Desktop and maintaining the Nutanix Server Platform, VM Management, Active Directory, File Server, Email System, Applications System and Security Tools. Knowledge of the IBM AS/400 Servers additional benefit.

The candidate meets deadlines, commitments and project requirement and develop Standard Operating Procedure, IT Policies and Risk Assessments as per ISO27001 standards. The ideal candidate responsible to maintaining small and large company Network Infrastructure, LAN, WAN, Firewall, Backups Solution and DR Management, CCTV Surveillances System, PABX Software, Graphic and Website Designing for different platforms.

Research and evaluate emerging technologies within the minimum budget. Present proposals interact with technical and executive level customer contract and providing support, guidance leading IT Technicians of different levels.

Willing to follow the COVID-19 rules and regulations. This position requires full time employee, successful candidate is expected to work 40 hours per week and flexibility in working hours, which includes evenings and weekends.

Candidate will be required to undergo a Criminal History Clearance prior to appointment and must be willing to obtain a security clearance.
