Our Sydney Water People and Culture team is all about building and maintaining an employee culture of engagement and high performance.
As Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager you will lead established teams to develop and implement talent acquisition and onboarding strategies to attract and retain top talent, improve organisational capability, encourage internal career mobility and maximise employee engagement.
Reporting directly to the Head of Business Partnering and Workforce Strategy, your new role be essential in driving best possible employee experience throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle across the Sydney Water business.
As Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager you will provide leadership to the Recruitment and Sourcing and People Operations teams. In this new role you will lead the teams of both outsourced recruitment and agency hire providers, as well as an internal People Services team.

About you
You are an experienced Senior HR business professional, passionate about service delivery and service excellence. You bring with you a high level of expertise in full range of recruitment, sourcing, onboarding and employee engagement strategies. You are experienced in the development, implementation and monitoring of continued improvement processes to drive transformational improvements of People Operations Policies, procedures and process.
You are passionate about providing the best possible employee experience across all facets of the employee lifecycle. You are experienced managing relationships with outsourced recruitment and sourcing agency providers, as well as internal People Services Business functions.
You can understand and anticipate future workforce needs to support organisational workforce planning development, to identify and drive proactive recruitment and talent engagement strategies, and to support quick response to emerging opportunities and threats.
