About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you’ll drive our talent acquisition strategy and secure top-tier talent across departments. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you’ll develop and execute talent strategies aligned with our organisational goals. You will play a vital role in shaping our talent landscape, enhancing our employer branding, and leading proactive talent acquisition and management practices. Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner and bring your expertise in talent acquisition, management, and organisational effectiveness. With your strategic mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills, you’ll drive our talent acquisition strategy and build strong relationships at all levels. Plan and execute successful projects, translating business needs into effective HR strategies. There’s a chance to be a real-life digital nomad, working from a different location, including overseas, for up to 3 months. Please note that this role is a part-time and fix-term contract for two years. The salary range is $100,000-115,500 and your salary will be pro-rated according to hours worked.
