About the role
Aim:
The P&C Business Partner is a vital link between our business goals and our people strategy. You’ll collaborate with leaders, managers, and employees to develop and implement P&C programs and initiatives that create a positive and inclusive work environment. Leading projects to enhance organisational culture, attract top talent, and boost employee engagement will be your focus. You’ll work closely with the P&C Manager and team to execute the P&C Strategic Plan, playing a key role in strategic projects aligned with our team and organisation’s objectives. You will work closely with our leadership teams as a key partner to support the employee experience and provide support for all things people management.

We are pleased to offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $136,500 for this position. We believe in recognising and rewarding the valuable contributions of our team members.
