About the role

Aim:

The P&C Business Partner is a vital link between our business goals and our people strategy. You’ll collaborate with leaders, managers, and employees to develop and implement P&C programs and initiatives that create a positive and inclusive work environment. Leading projects to enhance organisational culture, attract top talent, and boost employee engagement will be your focus. You’ll work closely with the P&C Manager and team to execute the P&C Strategic Plan, playing a key role in strategic projects aligned with our team and organisation’s objectives. You will work closely with our leadership teams as a key partner to support the employee experience and provide support for all things people management.

What you’ll be focusing on:

Strategic Partnership:

• Collaborate with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
• Enhance employee experience, productivity, and engagement through proactive P&C initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership and HR expertise to influence business decisions.

Effectiveness & Efficiency:

• Analyse frameworks and processes for improved efficiency.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead change management for successful initiatives from start to finish.

Talent Enablement & Development:

• Attract and select top talent aligned with business needs and culture.
• Support talent management strategies, including performance and leadership development.
• Coach and mentor leaders for employee growth.
• Collaborate with people leaders and the P&C team to create an organisational development strategy.

Employee Relations & Governance:

• Provide guidance on employee relations.
• Review and align policies to practical standards.
• Be the go-to person for all staff queries and support needed for all things policy related.

Employee Engagement:

• Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
• Conduct surveys and drive action plans based on feedback.
• Collaborate with people leaders and the P&C team to develop and execute employee engagement strategies.

ing & Data:

• Support the P&C Manager in developing budgets, financial metrics, and s.
• Utilise P&C data for insights on workforce trends and retention strategies.
• Collaborate for accurate data ing and analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications and/or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of People and Culture/Human Resources experience in a similar role, with a focus on project management
• Proven expertise in organsational effectiveness and change management
• Strong business acumen, translating business needs into HR strategies
• Collaborative team player. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, building relationships at all levels
• Analytical mindset, leveraging HR data for informed decision-making
• Budget management experience preferred
