What you’ll be doing
Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience working as an Administration Officer in a Human Resources environment for a large, complex organization, preferably in a Health environment, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
Strong customer service skills with a focused and responsive approach to managing enquiries whilst maintaining confidentiality.
Demonstrated knowledge of HR/Workforce processes or willingness to learn, including case management, change management and external notification processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proven ability to develop interpersonal relationships with all levels of staff and external parties.
Proven ability to work in a high volume and demanding environment with proven capacity to manage concurrent activities of a diverse nature.
Ability to investigate legislation, regulations, instructions or procedural guidelines relevant to recruitment processing and on-boarding of new employees.
Ability to carry out a variety of functions which may be complex in nature and use judgment to modify requirements according to different situations.
Demonstrated proficient computer skills with experience using MS Office programs and HRIS systems.
