We’re looking for an experienced and tenacious recruitment expert who can take ownership of our active recruitment while also building our recruitment pipeline. Reporting into the Head of People and Talent you will lead our recruitment practices from employer brand to interview training across all areas of the business.

Responsibilities will include

• Management of up to 20 roles across all business areas including R&D, performance marketing, service centre, manufacturing and logistics, and customer service.
• Partnering business area ‘Heads of’ to identify their needs and plan their resource needs 3, 6 and 12 months ahead.
• Optimising our recruitment processes focusing on risk free selection and maximising candidate experience.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration with Head of People.
• Actively source passive candidates through creative recruiting efforts.
• Ensure amazing candidate experience.
• Track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring process; regularly communicate status and results through weekly reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Identify recruitment methods in US and possibly elsewhere, as we grow.
• Identifying better, more efficient and effective recruitment methods (e.g. technology, third party collaboration, automations or through simple process enhancement).

Requirements:

• You love the hunt and challenges of attracting and closing engineering talent in a tight candidate market
• You are creative and relentless in your approach
• Experience sourcing harder-to-find, highly technical roles (e.g.our engineering team) as well as broad range of non technical roles, and building robust, diverse pipelines
• Proven skills in screening/interviewing for roles, providing high-quality candidates to hiring managers
• Minimum 5 years of relevant recruiting experience with remote roles in UK and US.
• Experience managing full lifecycle technical recruiting – sourcing to closing
• Passion for D&I with strong experience building and enhancing practices, social recruiting and networking
• Organization and prioritization skills with sense of urgency
• Enjoys and thrives in fast-paced distributed start-up environment
• Savvy with tech and expert with Workable, LinkedIn, Google Docs, Slack, BambooHRetc
