The Manufacturing Team

We have redefined the eBike kit product category with excellent design and innovative technology, with our Manufacturing Team being key to producing our kits and delivering products to our customers.

To achieve the best possible manufacturing process, we are assembling a world-class manufacturing team consisting of Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations experts.

The Role:

We are looking for a Stock and Finance Assistant to join our Manufacturing team. The role will be responsible for the movement of multiple £M in stock and supplies from our manufacturers to our warehouses globally, as well as supporting financial management aspects of the company’s manufacturing & logistic operations. As part of your role, you will be immersed in data and feel at home building complex spreadsheets or communicating with our suppliers globally. You believe in continuous improvement, using your initiative to present data clearly, automate tasks and improve company processes.

Responsibilities:

• Work between marketing and manufacturing to plan stock quantities sent to each region to fulfil future orders.
• Interpret stock data in order to identify potential shortages & resolve these issues.
• Work closely with warehouses for goods movement and inventory management.
• Keep updated inventory records of the warehouse and factory.
• Coordinate regular inventory audits to ensure good stock health and provide reports to the Management team.
• Enter purchase details (goods, quantity, invoices and payment) into internal databases.
• Coordinate on-time payment to suppliers and flag for potential issues/delay.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes with the Finance team. This includes payment reconciliation and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial reports of the Manufacturing and Operation spend.
• Participating in budgeting processes with the Management team.
• Coordinating financial audit processes. Evaluate the outcome to identify potential risk.
• Working Capital Forecasting, developing new or using existing models to ensure suitable liquidity and avoid risk

• A relevant educational background, ideally a degree in accounting, engineering or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of reporting, Excel, Data Analysis and financial forecasting.
• Experience of managing the movement of stock and supplies.
• Excellent problem solving and numerical skills.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and take authority with projects.
• Experience working with a variety of stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, independent and creative thinking.
