With our exponential growth across all of our teams in Australia and globally and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join in the fun! This role will focus on recruitment across Swyftx, working with our friendly and supportive People and Culture team. What you’ll do:

• Full lifecycle recruitment: Manage and define the entire recruitment process from sourcing to offer.
• Sourcing: Finding the best talent with varied outreach strategies. Bringing a creative approach to recruitment – we love new ideas!
• A trusted advisor and industry expert: Support the strategic goals of Swyftx by gaining deep understanding of the market, our teams and company-wide goals.
• Employer Branding: Support with events, team building activities and other employee branding and market engagement initiatives.
• Creating amazing candidate experiences: Focus on delivering the best experience from first reach-out through to welcoming in a new colleague!

About you:

• Solid full-lifecycle recruitment experience in tech, fin-tech or other relevant environments.
• Solid stakeholder and priority management skills.
• A creative brain with long term vision.
• Professional, engaged and pro-active team member.

• Enjoys head-hunting, engaging with the technical community, and creative sourcing techniques.
